While I don't own any dragon stamps, I do have a turtle stamp from Inkadinkadoo. They belong to the reptile family. So I made an alcohol ink background with turtle colours, and did a scalloped edge similiar to the scales on the turtle's shell. I also used crystal lacquer on the shell for dimension.
Supplies:
Adirondack Alcohol Inks: - Meadow, Ginger,Pesto, Stream, Expresso
SU Slot Punch (to make the scallop edge)
Inkadinkadoo Turtle & verse stamps from set "Humourous Birthdays"
Bazzill Chocolate, SU Olive, and SU Glossy paper
Sizzlet tag & narrow brown leather "ribbon"
Crystal Lacquer

What a great card for this challenge . Your polished stone BG turned out really nice and compliments the turtle well . Like the scallop borders on both sides.
