I stamped the image with Versamark and embossed with fine detail black EP. Then I coloured the bottles with copic markers and covered with Crystal Glaze to look like glass. The toppers are covered with Stickles glitter and rhinestones making them very blingy!. The image was cut with a fancy Spellbindinder rectangle die, layered on silver flowered paper, black Bazzill, and lightly sponged with TH Broken China distress ink.
I cut a small paper doily in half and placed each half on opposite corners, and also added a fancy "D" silver brad for embellishment.
This card is being mailed international so I didn't want it to be too bulky. Thanks to a recent announcement by Canada Post, our mailing rates are going through the roof! In March,2014 a regular letter will be $1.00 for the stamp. Crazy!

I just love those bottles with all the bling on the tops. The glossy accents makes them look like there's liquid inside and the doily gives the card that finishing touch of elegance. I think your friend will love this card .
